of these numbers should be 120 or more. (If the total is more than 120 is automatically scaled back to 120).
A total lower than 120, reduces the number of graduates from your schools. Tuning your education is one of the most important details in the economy. You need many professional workers in your corporations. If you do not have them, your corporations may reduce their production levels or stop altogether.
