I can't lower my Social Security!!! I tired to lower the % payment but it wouldn't let me. Then i tried to increase it but that also did nothing. I've followed the instructions, and i HAVE waited 1 Game month to pass for the result.
I really hate paying for those old people.
Lowest possible Social Security % is 40. It sucks. Get used to it.
Oh, and just because the date on the top frame says it's a different month, you might have to wait 'til about the 10th. If nothing has happened in two game months, then you can start complaining.
I've gotten it to 1% though.....before this last reset!
yeah, they changed it recently, its really shitty. i like my down at 1%(gave me extra money for a military building)
I had mine down to about 8% in KB before the change. I wanted to see if I could get it to negative numbers
but then the change came 
that would be kool if they started payin u for social security
If negative numbers for SS were possible, it would be good to have high unemployment
I wonder if they'll allow lower SS now that there are rebel style penalties when its too low.
