I was thinking about military improvements today and I come up with a few ideas. I think maybe you should be able to purchase fighters for both your offensive and defensive forces. Also if infantry could be put in for both forces aswell. I based these on how the real world military functions. And also if we could put in something that would enable president's to research technologies so that they could better both military and economic aspects.
