I wouldn't work for this company unless it was some sort of moderator job. Key word is "company", i am not into working for any software companies, just into programming browser games, and that includes this game.
I enjoy the in-depth features this game offers. But i think on some levels, they went a little over board. The key is to create a web based game with alot of realistic features, but to also create an easily navigational interface for the average user.
Hmmm, imagine using Flash.
Anyway, i've had a project to create a game sort of like this, i have the background up, the design, and i'm working on the scripts. It will take a little while, being i'm doing it on my own, and i have a F/T job. But i'm pretty dedicated.
