Frisia II | Sunday, June 20, 2004 - 11:50 am I never had this before. Rebels are attacking my corps. The news message says that they're doing that, because the bad education system. But I have more than enough elementry schools, high schools. And almost enough universities. The education budget is more than enough. I read something in the bulletin board in wg about those rebel attacks. That guy had also enough schools, but his finance rate was very low. But my finance rate is more than 150!. Why does this happen? |
Parmenia | Sunday, June 20, 2004 - 04:43 pm If you have a financial index higher than 150 but a education index lower than 80, there will be civil unrest. You'll have to get you fin index down or your education index up |
Lions foot | Monday, June 21, 2004 - 10:27 am you dont have enough universities. education index is determined by lowest value of all three indexes (elementary, highschool and university). more schools of one type doesnt compensate lack of the other anymore. |
Frisia II | Monday, June 21, 2004 - 11:27 am Then my people have bad luck. There a not enough university teachers at the moment. I'm building universities when it is possible. Thanks guys! |
Penacles no ceos | Monday, June 21, 2004 - 05:19 pm I have a related question: What about the other indexes (social security, health care, etc.) are there minimums that they need to reach? Also, does the index which they need to reach change as your financle index goes way over 150? (ie mine is over 300 right now) Thanks in advance for any help. |
Frisia II | Tuesday, June 22, 2004 - 12:02 am A finance index of 300 is great. I thought that a finance index of 400 is the maximum, correct me if I'm wrong. I don't know what the ultimate minimum is for the indexes. The lowest that I ever saw was something like 15.0. The finance index hasn't a big influence on the other indexes. The index which they need to reach? 100 is good, more is even better. |
Nimzovich | Tuesday, June 22, 2004 - 12:24 am @ Frisia You're wrong. I heard a report of a FI>900 (due to reset, but still, it is possible to have higher FI). @ Penacles For FI > 150 (doesn't matter how much more than 150), these are the requirements to avoid civil unrest: SS > 50 educ > 80 health > 60 trans > 70 For FI < 80 (doesn't matter how much less than 80), these are the requirements to avoid civil unrest: SS < 60 educ < 150 health < 150 trans < 150 |
Chulbania | Tuesday, June 22, 2004 - 12:34 am The lowest an index can go is 0. I have a health index of 9.6 in my third so it only makes sense that the lowest an index can get is zero. |
Spassky | Tuesday, June 22, 2004 - 02:04 am I've had gov't index negative before. Sorry. I think it was around -100 at its lowest. |
Chulbania | Tuesday, June 22, 2004 - 09:12 am Thats a bit different from health, edu, and soc indexes though. Either that was a bug or your gov index really bottomed out. |
