Could someone help me out by telling me what kind of army/how large/what kind of weapons I need to attack a computer controlled country?

Seeing as the simnews website seems to be down, anyone mind letting me know about this. It seems that I am not doing particularly well in my war with my c3 neighbor and I am not really sure why. I attacked his defenses at his military airport with about 3.5k fighter planes plus similar numbers of anti-aircraft missile batteries, but got rocked.
Any help is appreciated.
... the enemy has like 10,000 defensive antiAIR bats which might work succesfully against 1800-2000 of your fighter planes, plus that you do not know if your offensive radars are doing the right thing out there, sometimes not the number of your radars is counted as much as their quality and the quality of your communications systems based on offensive airports and bases and on the quality of services, cabletv services, hightech services, software and computers, internet in your country (...which helps your government). These might happen in a simulation which counts on our real world, but in simcountry, perhaps just the "1800-2000 fighters sent back by defensive forces" may be important. So, the rest of 1500 planes are not enough, they are just (...troubling) creating some troubles in the C3 country, but are not really breaking defense's knees. May be you must use some tanks / helis / jeeps if the C3 is located nearby you or if it is not near your frontier than use missiles of mid range bats and helis [ for the cheap version of attack ] or strategic missiles [at your choice] and whatelse you'd prefere close to these ... For all these three types of attacks the railtracks transportation development in your country might be important in a real world, while here in sim I don't know if it has some importance ... You need to go in with overwhelming force Penacles especially if your going straight to the airport. If you attack a county only 1/3 of his airforce will respond, but going straight for the def. airport your fighting them all.
You have a large population there and can build a substantial army. Whatever arms you have, triple them, and Quadtripleize (a Bushism? meaning YOU CAN NEVER HAVE ENOUGH) your ammo.
After you have tripled (and quadtripleized
), lure him out to a county to fight on your terms. I hope this helps. BOMBS AWAY!
