lol. Hbombs suck, dont build them. Strategic bombers are killed easily. Nuclear weapons are severely restricted. It will cost you dearly to take out a c3 with them. Land based cruise, yes.
Why sell your weapons to others? There is no real point to that. The corps do NOT make a profit, and cause you debt pains. If you are looking to create a successful ceo, then follow my plan ;). (the ceo with 7k+ score.) If you are looking to create a militarily powerful country, sell them to yourself only. Unless you have a bunch of allies which is highly unlikely in this newly reset arena.
