Yeah, old news. My war with the country Nimzovich ended poorly, too, and that was a country that was being given to me.
I could only get the war situation index down to about 9 without destroying the corps (which were operating at close to 10%). I leveled everything else, twice. Nimzovich has a little over 600 B in war damage.
