oh i would like to join the fed. im only moderatly a newb, but i think there's still a lot i have to learn about the details of running a country.
american toilets are a prime example of buocracy at its best. in an effot to conserve water american made toilets are now required to use rediculiously small quantities of water per flush. as a result ppl are often forced to flush multiple times or risk disaster.
