Attica no ceo | Saturday, April 10, 2004 - 04:41 am My education index shows 76. However my sub-indexes are 101, 104, 145 WHY is this happening?? |
Louder Game Flame | Saturday, April 10, 2004 - 12:14 pm Louder Game Flame does not have yet any of the following indexes, but you must try to reach them: Elementary schools 135, High schools 165, Universities 285. At these indexes your general education index is maximum ... over these indexes all educationist investments are just a waste in a temporary unneeded increase in the environmental welfare counterpart or an occasionally needed progress for the civilisation, but most of the times these are just ideals. |
Louder Game Flame | Saturday, April 10, 2004 - 12:15 pm I can argue these! |
Louder Game Flame | Saturday, April 10, 2004 - 05:42 pm Meantime, for a better education output (...which means not just material investments) you must care that your people have a certain index in transportation, such as 350 is the maximum needed for water supplies (..."treatment facilities" / techno-language freaks here!) and from 175 to 350 for railtracks (... your choice must keep close to 175 even if on our real Earth the slavery systems keep closer to 350 rather than 175 for railtracks and slows down the water supply index to 175 or less ...). Also you must be sure that the admins of this game have and count on the same realistic indexes with these used by me. We must also consider that if in a real world the Universities index get over 310 means that our leaders are Enforcing a civilisation change ... practicly without showing these intentions(!), but these practices are rather appropriate to dictatorial leaderships (...these days) and not to civilisation progress ... So, if a country like Genie Alpha (ranking #1 in Top 300 Countries) has an index of 411 for Universities means that his graduated students are rather educated in the spirit of the migrations to El Dorado and No Mans Land and don't have anymore the will to follow their country's president leadership and prefere to organise themselves away from it ... the state corporations will not follow any more the "presidential advice" for what to sell or buy or with what prices or when, and many other troubles are possible in the country ... Only if the president is just an ordinary dictator he can still keep these indexes politics and the population in his hands, which means that his graduated students are not as well prepared for their future jobs and lifes as the students from a country with a wise education policy and this way a country like Genie Alpha will fail in front of other better countries like Wartime Concubine which is ranking #2 in Top 300 now (... I can't see why, thinking to the education indexes better chosed in Wartime Concubine than in Genie Alpha). It is still a Good and not Evil way to keep much more higher than 310 indexes for the Universities ... and this is for those presidents with more than one country. These imperialistic presidencies must enforce migration between countries and also must enforce civilisation changes without showing their intentions ... that's why they are using indexes higher than 310 at Universities. Conclusion: Best universities index 285 ... still good if between 300 and 310 ... if higher, the higher the index the far are or will be the population from it's leader ... except if the leader is just a dictator and his natural hunger is reflected by what his students learn and know better What and To Do. In the real world at the beginning of a presidency ... if the country does not have yet a large corporative sector developed in the economy the leader must try to build more than the 135 index for elementary schools ... but not far ... below 150-160. In this game I don't know what to say ... the admins are not quite open minded, you know what ... There are several other aspects we could discuss here, but I'm not sure what you can understand without asking questions ... that's why I'll stop here Bye! |
Wartime Concubine | Sunday, April 11, 2004 - 06:20 am ummm, I should point out that if your corps are fully upgraded you don't need a powerfull 300 index. you would produce way too many upper graduates eventually you run out of LLWs and stuff. If I was rapidly expanding my corperations then I would need the higher index, like with a newer country. I also have to add that I was in first all last month. I'm lowering expences to pay off a large winning penelty....isn't that an oximoron? like military intelligance? |
Attica no ceo | Monday, April 12, 2004 - 01:57 am that doesnt answer my question where did you get all your numbers??310, 350, 285 where are those from? |
Louder Game Flame | Monday, April 12, 2004 - 12:05 pm ... yes, it answers ... Watch This: ... when we plan our country's need of education is a little bit far from when we begin to need this educational programs ... ... so, we'd rather think that the education in the life of the human beings was prepared before they themselves discovered this need ... ... and as one who is planning these education for the first time in a country we must think that population is rather asking for "education- consumption as a need" than for "education- investment as the plan that from now on has to come before others (...everyone in that population) realise what real need we have of education" ... ... education consumption parameters are lower than the education investment for the future needs that may occur in the country development ... ... the basic index for each category is 100 as for current population consumption of education, but the general index for education will not reach 100 until the plans for future will be considered, so education investments in the future of the country become important ... ... practice is learning us better, so think that a low organised level of workers (99% are working using their arms and hands force) need just a lower investment for the future development in the country, while the students need a larger lunch menu and the freedom to chose, this freedom will teach them about freedom to decide what to do in time ... ... now think that we are not living on Earth just since 1914 or later, think that we live here from a longer time ... and think how did our ancestors counted the time ... did they used the 30/31 days period for 11 months and 28/29 for February? Yes they did and is it true that our lifetime has a period of progress in individual evolution through personal activities/actions beginning with the age of 27 years (...in the life of every man)? Yes it is ... I cannot tell you more yet because I don't know your age, religion, time spent in a library etc ... so that you will be able to understand. Just a question: do you believe in God? ... ... summarising I tell you that 300 is the first ideal index for Elementary schools, 200 for High schools, 300 for Universities, but we cannot use ideals with not quite ideal human nature, human nature that may still be making progresses, we must count on this and use higher indexes always ... |
Louder Game Flame | Monday, April 12, 2004 - 07:10 pm ... since now, your questions may be my errors, so, play your turn ... |
Spassky | Wednesday, April 14, 2004 - 05:05 am Hmmm. Should I? Nah. I won't. Attica, it seems the simulation is very slow at updating the education index. I think it took this country a week or two to gain 10 points in the education index while the subindices were almost constant. |
Louder Game Flame | Thursday, April 15, 2004 - 08:35 am ... a SpasskyLeton around, wow! If I could catch him to ask: "How do you wagwim?" he would answer "I used to wigwam well, but now America is a Land of Schnell!", so what else to say ... he already left away. |
Spassky | Friday, April 16, 2004 - 12:31 am Wow. I simply answer the original question on the thread and I'm bashed. |
