In it's shortest version I want to say that the education programs of this game are bad, really bad. I see four workers types as output of high schools and they see three cutegories. I see the 1* Low organised workforce, 2* Middle/Medium Organised workforce, 3* Team organised workforce, 4* High level workforce (able of individual performance or to teach others).

We're just trying to have some fun while playing a game. Is that such a crime? If we can entertain while answering questions and responding to others, that makes the game more fun for (most) all.
