now that i have SOME weapons to attack with it wont let me still, it says i have to build up my econemy and military. well i say im ready i have build up my country nicly i beleive, so i think i am rdy, But it wont let me, i am the freaking presidentand i cant declar war if i want to. what crap.
U need a combination of offensive and strategic index by 100 points to attack a country.

actually no, if you dont have at least that, you wont be able to take the vast majortiy of countries on FB. It makes sense for the game to prevent you from starting a war you have no possibility of winning.
As far as the financial restrictions and economy requirments, I think theyre crap.
i think if i want to wage a war i cant win, let me. its just a game not real life.
